Length: 3 - 3.5 hours with Q&A time built in
Agenda: Each event has 3 sessions and 2 scheduled breaks
Event Time: Depending on your time zone, the live session runs at:
- 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM PT (Pacific)
- 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM MT (Mountain)
- 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM CT (Central)
- 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM ET (Eastern)
Event Link: Emailed one day prior to the event. It is for your store only and cannot be shared. One device per store may join the live session.

The Process

Register
Choose your desired date(s) or bundle, click Register, and follow the prompts to submit payment.
02.
Check Email
An email will be sent with a link to the Dropbox folder with the virtual sales event information.Â
03.
Meeting Link
One day prior and one hour before the virtual sales event you'll receive reminder emails - each containing your unique join link. The link cannot be shared.
04.
Log In
When it's time for the virtual sales event, click the link in your reminder email and you'll be taken straight into the event. When logged in, rename your image to your store name. Enter your store name in the way you would like it announced. Each store location can have one computer/person logged into the webinar.
05.
Start the Event
Connie will open the zoom meeting 1 hour prior to the start of the event to allow for you to get set-up and answer questions. During the event, use the chat to share positive attendee responses and enter questions from your attendees.
06.
Post Event Survey
Following the event you will be emailed a link to a Post Event Survey. Please answer the short survey to help us refine and improve future virtual sales events.Â

Your host for the BERNINA Virtual Sales Events and Webinars
I’ve spent my entire career in the sewing industry—as a BERNINA Dealer and later in roles at BERNINA of America including District Sales Manager, Director of Education and Training, and Manager of Embroidery Products. I also contributed to the development and tested the BERNINA 990 prior to its launch.
Today, I teach nationwide and share online education through Stitchmaker.live, helping makers get the most from their BERNINA machines.
