Submit the required information to request access to the Stitch Maker BERNINA Dealer Hub.

Enter your store information as follows:

Email: Choose your email carefully - this is the email address your store will use to create a sititchmaker.live dealer account and access the BERNINA Dealer Hub.

It will also be used when you register for events and webinars. All Zoom links for the events and webinars will be sent to this email address.

One email address can be associated with one store location. If you have multiple store locations, request access for each location using a different email address for each location.

Full Name: Enter the store owner's name

Address: Enter the store address

Phone Number: Enter the store phone number

District: Enter your BERNINA District letter

Store Name: Enter your store name

At checkout, you’ll be prompted to create a password. This email and password will become your login for the BERNINA Dealer Hub once verification is complete. If an account already exists for the email address you plan to use, you won’t be prompted to create a new password.

After verification, you’ll receive an email with instructions for accessing the Stitch Maker BERNINA Dealer Hub. Please allow 3–5 business days for the verification process.
