This provides an opportunity to invite those who attended the B 990 Virtual Sales Event and other customers to close a sale or to reinforce the purchase of the B 990.

These live, unrecorded virtual sales events are available only at participating BERNINA dealerships, and the only way for customers to experience them is by attending in your store.
Webinar topics vary and will cover a wide range of sewing, quilting and embroidery features and techniques.

The Process
01.
Click on "Register" and submit payment for the desired event and date.
02.
An email will be sent with a link to the Dropbox folder with the event information
03.
One day prior and one an hour before the webinar you'll receive reminder emails - each containing your unique join link. The link cannot be shared.
04.
When it's time for the webinar, click the link in your reminder email and you'll be taken straight into the webinar. When logged in, Rename your image to your store name. Enter your store name in the way you would like it announced.
05.
Connie will open the webinar 1 hour prior to the start of the virtual event to allow for you to get set-up and answer questions. During the event, use the chat to share positive attendee responses and enter questions from your attendees.
06.
Following the virtual event you will be emailed a link to a Post Event Survey. Please take time to answer the short survey to help us refine and improve future virtual events. Thank you for your valuable input!

Hi, I'm Connie!
Your host for the BERNINA Virtual Sales Events.
I’ve spent my entire career in the sewing industry—as a BERNINA Dealer and later in roles at BERNINA of America including District Sales Manager, Director of Education and Training, and Manager of Embroidery Products. I also contributed to the development and tested the BERNINA 990 prior to its launch.
Today, I teach nationwide and share online education through Stitchmaker.live, helping makers get the most from their BERNINA machines. I’m truly excited about these virtual sales events and can’t wait to help you spark enthusiasm—and B 990 sales—in your store. I look forward to coming to your store virtually.
